Apple is growing into San Diego with the acquire of a $445 million 7-developing campus that was formerly the residence of HP. 

“Apple verified Tuesday that it has obtained the seven-creating Rancho Vista Corporate Middle in Rancho Bernardo for $445 million — highlighting the Cupertino company’s ongoing endeavours to plant engineering roots in the area,” The San Diego Union-Tribune claimed Tuesday.
