CLEVELAND, Ohio — A 43-12 months-aged gentleman broke into a university teacher’s household and robbed her at knifepoint whilst she taught a university lesson with a student on the web, in accordance to a police report.
Charles Derosett, 43, of Cleveland was indicted Wednesday on aggravated theft, aggravated menacing and felonious assault fees in the November 23 incident, Cuyahoga County Typical Pleas Courtroom documents say.
Derosett is scheduled for his preliminary court visual appeal Monday, information say. He stays in Cuyahoga County Jail on no bond.
The incident transpired about 11 a.m. at the woman’s Baltic Road household around West 102nd Road in the city’s Edgewater community, the report says.
