Shade Canyon to host Waldorf-influenced college growth gatherings on line

KELSEYVILLE— Community nonprofit Shade Canyon School will host two general public on the web conferences to discuss the improvement of a tuition-no cost, Waldorf-motivated general public constitution college in Kelseyville, Calif., on Monday, Jan. 11 at 8 p.m. and Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 10 a.m.

Shade Canyon will submit a petition this spring to the Kelseyville Unified University District Board to be licensed as a charter college in the district. The school ideas to open up in fall of 2022 if approved. In its 1st yr, Shade Canyon would consist of transitional kindergarten, kindergarten, and initial quality, then include just one quality for each year till the program spans grades TK-8.
