LONDON, April 17 (Reuters) – Primary Minister Boris Johnson has thrust Britain into a constitutional crisis by breaking the regulation he established for pandemic limitations, efficiently “shredding the ministerial code”, the country’s main constitutional pro stated on Sunday.
