April 20 (UPI) — A Mississippi jail violated the Constitution by subjecting its inmates to inhumane problems, the U.S. Justice of Office introduced on Wednesday.
Prisoners at the Mississippi Condition Penitentiary, also called Parchman, had insufficient entry to psychological wellbeing procedure for critical circumstances, the department stories.
